Question: Do you people think that michael jackson's doctor is guilty of murder or just manslaughter?

Today Doctor Murry was suppose to turn himself in to the L.A. Police but he did not. Come on If this was anyone else they would have gone to his work and handcuff him! |

He is guilty of murder.Manslaughter means this whole ordeal was essentially a petty accident--that Michael's death was a petty accident. Does that sound right? Of course not. We all know from FACTS that this was no accident, that people were banking on profiting off of Michael through his death, that stories from individuals are not adding up, etc., etc. Also Dr Murray is a cardiologist but yet he did know how to perform cpr on a patient having cardiac arrest. This is odd. He also delayed calling emergency for an hour and a half after he says he found mj not breathing, and says he did not have a phone and he didn't know the address, this is BS,how can you... not know the address of where you have worked for 2 months, anyway he could have asked someone or borrowed someone else mobile phone, this is BS to anyone.Murray is guilty but he was paid to murder Michael. I want him and everyone else who are guilty to be prosecuted. Why is he stil free, why has he hired one of the most important high-profiles criminal lawyers, who's gonna pay his expenses if he hasn't ever paid child support to his 7 kids? Who's behind this man and Michael's murder? Maybe we won't ever get a real answer and it will remain a big mystery forever, but fortunately there's GOD's justice which will be right and not blind at all. |

His "crime " doesn't meet the burden of proof for even 2nd degree murder. Manslaughter maybe but he has a great defense in that MJ supposedly hid his other numerous addictions from the doc. The only witness who could refute his claims is dead. |

Manslaughter at the worst. Murder requires proof of intention to kill. Because of MJs drug history, he probably will walk. |

Michael Jackson's Doctor should get a medal for taking a pedophile off the streets. |

At maximum Manslaughter. Jackson most likely killed himself by adding to drugs given him by People around him. It would not have mattered who took care of him. He dictated what he wanted and always got it. |

It should be manslaughter not murder. Micheal jackson would have got those drugs from anyone he could find. This doctor would have known that Micheal had the money to do just that. if the doctor did not give it to him. Micheal had the power and will to get it from somewhere else. It was micheals will to take the drugs that killed him. He would have got it anyway, from someone else if this doctor did not give it to him. it means the "intent " was not from the doctor it was from micheal. Therefore it rules out murder for sure. With murder u need intent, malice etc. None of that is there to support it. The problem in this case is whether the doctor knew that the dosages micheal was taking was not appropriate. A hard thing to prove and you need proof to convict. Whatever the outcome. It definitly was not Murder. The doctor had no intent or malice to kill micheal. I really doubt that there is enough evidence to convict on manslaughter either. Maybe medically negligence yes. Depends on toxicology results as to what is in micheals bloodstream. He could have been taking drugs the doctor DID NOT know about and in effect clears the doctor of any wrongdoing whatsoever. He can not be held responsibility if Micheal is taking drugs in addition to what the doctor is giving him. That is micheals will to do that. |

I don't know what, if anything, he is guilty of. I seriously doubt that he killed MJ on purpose. That's just not reasonable. It appears that MJ died accidentally due to drugs administered by the dr. Maybe the dr. demonstrated poor judgment. But I have to think that MJ hired this guy on purpose, and probably insisted on the drugs he got; so MJ is equally responsible with the dr. for his own death. Of course, the LAPD no longer has jurisdiction over MJ, who has already paid for his part in the matter. |

Not sure if he has that strong motive. It would seem other people "outside " would have stronger motives for doing that and who knows? if that doctor was intentionally there for some other people's motive . But even if it's others with the motive and not the doctor, it's a weak case for murder, at least for the part of the doctor. |
